A PENConsulting co-founder, his broad educational background in Architecture and Urban Design combined with Building Science at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney from 1963-1971, brought him close to the issues of environmental and energy matters. After completing an MBA degree in Indonesia, he further acquired the senior executive international training program in Partnership and Financing Strategies for Local Development at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 1999. He was nominated to be the Vice Chairman of the Jakarta Urban Design Advisory Board for two terms by the Governor of Jakarta, to oversee the development of urban fabric of the city. Currently he is the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Mining and Energy Community (Bimasena), the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Indonesian Institute of the Energy Economics, and sat at various professional associations in Architecture and Energy sectors.
A real-estate entrepreneur specializing in residential housing developments and construction projects, “Yudi” also owns and operate a hotel business in Bandung, West Java. He completed his MBA degree in 2007 complementing his Architecture background from Institute of Technology Bandung (1999). He is also a guest lecturer and mentor in the study program of School of Business and Management at Institute Technology Bandung (SBM-ITB), inspiring future entrepreneurs by providing hands-on coaching technique, assistance and facilitation services for new business start-ups. Yudi also serves as a shareholder and Bussiness Development Director at our affiliated company, PT Paramartha Energi Nusantara.
Mr. Wiriadinata is an entrepreneur who is also a founder, owner and commissioner of PT Gerak Gardan Ganda, an automotive parts and accessories supplier specializing in 4x4 vehicles. Alfi is an alumnus of Universitas Trisakti with an Economics degree focused on Management (1996). Upon completing his studies, Alfi embarked on his entreprenurial journey while having worked for an automotive company and continues to this date. In addition to serving as a commissioner at PT Gerak Gardan Ganda and PT Pranata Energi Nusantara, he also serves as a commissioner at PT Nusantara Energy institutions.
Co-founded PENConsulting after serving Chevron-Texaco's Indonesian subsidiaries for almost 40 years, about 37 years with PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI), an upstream oil and gas company,and three years with Amoseas Indonesia (AI), a power company. He held Senior Vice President & Deputy Managing Director position prior to retiring from CPI and was Executive Advisor with AI. Anton is a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director of the Indonesian Electrical Power Society (MKI). He is also a member of the National Board of Management of the Indonesian Society for Human Resources (PPSMI) and the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Power Engineers Association (IATKI). He is a “EE” from ITB (1962) and University of Pennsylvania (1966). He received Petroleum Professional Diploma from the International Petroleum Institute, Tulsa, Oklahoma (1976). He attended Executive Development Programs of the Stanford University (Palo Alto, CA) and the National University of Singapore (1983), Southern Methodist University (Senior Executive Program for Petroleum Industry - 1988), and Princeton University, New Jersey (1989).
Upon receiving his Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma (1961), he joined the Institute of Technology of Bandung as lecturer. In 1966, he joined PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia and held various key positions in the company in Indonesia and USA, including Manager of Reservoir Engineering, Coordinator of Exploration and Production and the member of negotiation team for contract extensions. His position prior to retirement in1989 was VP Special Projects. Since 1990 he served as a consultant in oil and gas property evaluation and contract negotiation. Between 1995 and 1998 he was responsible to develop Geothermal Power Plant in Kamojang. Madjedi obtained Master of Law degree from the Pajajaran University in 2005 and Doctor of Law degree from the same university in May 2008.
Bambang Wiranto or known as “BW” graduated with a BSc degree in economics from Airlangga State University in Surabaya at 1970 and in 1985 BW obtained master degree (MBA) from the Indonesia Management Development Institute (IPMI) in Jakarta. Soon after graduated from Airlangga State University, he joined the Indonesia State Oil and Gas Company (Pertamina) and held various strategic positions mostly within the Directorate of Finance among others : Director for Corporate Budget Division (1995-1999); Director for Corporate Finance Division (1999-2000) and Director for Corporate Planning Division (2000-2001). In the year of 2001, BW was appointed as Executive Senior Vice President Director/CFO for Administration & Finance of PT Elnusa (a subsidiary company of Pertamina). In total he spent 35 years of service with Pertamina and its subsidiary company and most of his experience is in the area of, budgeting, project financing and planning. BW also obtained several overseas training among others at University of Texas at Dallas (USA), International Financial Management Seminar at CEI Geneva, Bank of Tokyo Seminar in Tokyo and General Electric (GE) Asean Leadership Workshop in Singapore. BW also negotiating team member such as for: Project Financing for LNG Project , Refinery Project, Pipeline Project and Gas Sales Contract to Singapore. For his achievement he has been granted with “Satya Lencana Wirakarya” from the Government of Indonesia.
Dr. Bugis graduated with a Bsc degree in Electrical Engineering from North Sumatera University in 1982. Subsequently, he obtained his Master and PhD degrees in Electrical and Electronics engineering from the University of Strathclyde UK in 1992 and 1995, respectively. His major specialization is in Power Electronics and Power Systems. His career started in 1982 with PT. Purna Bina Indonesia in Arun LNG Project. Two years later he joined BPP Teknologi and was the head of Computer and Data Acquisition subdivision at the Laboratory for Strength of Material and Structure, located in Puspiptek Serpong National Research Centre. Following his early retirement from BPP Teknologi in 2006, he joined the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka as Associate Professor in Power Electronics and Power Systems. Currently, Dr. Bugis is the General Manager Portfolio for Electrical and Renewable Energy with PT. Pranata Energi Nusantara. Dr Bugis was involved in a number of consultancy services work including performance audits on several power plants of PT Indonesia Power.
Having worked for Accenture, a premier global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, for almost a decade Edwin has a wealth of experience in delivering high performance solutions to clients. After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Edwin worked for then Texaco Exploration and Production, Inc. (TEPI) at the Bakersfield Producing Division (BPD) with the Enhanced Oil Recovery and Facilities team. Then, upon completing his MBA from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in 1996, Edwin’s career with Accenture took off, providing consulting services in the field of Reliability Centered Maintenance for both Energy & Utilities clients, systems integration services for Financials and Healthcare clients, and operational maintenance excellence for Commercial Airlines clients. His applied-analytical skills, the ability to understand what must be done for a company to be successful and implement those strategies and solutions, coupled with years of Information Systems experiences, designing, building, and continuously improving enterprise-level systems, allowed him to become a successful consultant. In addition, Edwin has also worked for various industries, including Consumer Goods, Enterprise Software and Healthcare companies.
